Hi there...I can understand your concern. If the wound is deep, she will have pain and itching. It is normal. Let her continue her antibiotics and painkillers. Since cats also can transmit rabies virus, it is better she get vaccinated for rabies. Especially if it is not a home pet (as they won't be vaccinayed). Rabies virus has a very short incubation period, ranging from 5 to 15 days. So if you are getting vaccinated, start it immediately. Consult a general physician, they will councel you further.
