One and a half months back had a surgery to release the median nerve.but till now I have swelling and pain in my hand.I could feel different kinds of pain in fingers,thumb and wrist.why so? How long will it take my hand to become absolutely normal as I have to undergo the same surgery for right hand as the problem is more in right. But now I am scared? What to do? What precautions,medicines to be used? My doctor has given nothing and says that it's fine.please help
