Try and use simple stress management techniques like regular walk, healthy diet, meditation. Avoid smoking and consuming alcohol. Use sleep hygiene tips like clean, peaceful area to sleep, fix time to sleep and get up, avoid heavy dinner, excessive fluids after evening, smoking and drinking. Also if you are unable to fall asleep, don't keep tossing in the bed, get out, do some light reading and again attempt to sleep after sometime.
If it still doesn't help, meet a psychiatrist, who may help you with some medications.
