Cant eat spicy stuff

Hello sir. I face difficulty in eating normal spicy food. I've had consulted the nearest physician & had blood test but everything is normal. I don't even have any kind of mouth ulcers. Please help.

May be gastritis. So aviod spicy food for some time lik 45 days.if needs endoscopy may be suggested. Timely food and avoiding eating full stomach and alcohol.try with diet if no relief. Please do endoscopy
