Plz follow sleep hygiene. This tips will help you.
1. Everyday sleep on a scheduled time.
2. Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee or any stimulant drink/ Substance before sleep.
3. Don't watch TV in bed.
4. Exercise regularly. But avoid rigorous exercise 2 hrs before going to sleep.
5. If you find your mind racing, or worrying about not being able to sleep during the middle of the night, get out of bed, and do other activity like listening music, reading book.
6. Consume milk. It has got natural sleeping pill, tryptophan.
