Dear mam
Try sleep hygiene techniques. Do not sleep during the day.. Restrict use of mobile and computers especially at night.. Do some form of exercise for at least 20 minutes daily.. Restrict user of caffeine and alcohol, try relaxation techniques like meditation and calm breathing.
If you are still unable to sleep, see a psychiatrist for further help.
