Hello, Ulcer is defined as the break in the epithelium. Causes of ulcers injury from the sharp tooth or sharp food like bone, nutritional deficiency , gastro oesophageal distress syndrome  etc. Treatment will be apply Dolo gel for 4 times a day add on with B complex .
