How can cancer be detected in the early in our life circle ?? Should I need to take any test regarding this !!

Unexplained weight loss, Non healing ulcers, Sudden change in size of already existing mole, unexplained bleeding, loss of appetite are some of the early symptoms of cancer.Please consult your family physician & discuss your doubts.Cancer may be detected in early stages by screening in certain cancers like in elder people >45 yrs PSA levels or B/L mammogram with USG abdomen Pap smears and Fecal Occult Blood testing.Doctor visit is advised in case of symptoms.general symptoms of cancer include Weakness,>10% weight loss in 6months etc.
