I took treatment of vitamin d deficiency one year back , treatment was for three months. When i started treatment my level was 11, after treatment it improves  to 30. But today i went for vitamin d deficiency test in full body check up ,level is 12 again. Can deficiency be reversed?? How to take care of it???
