Urine pregnancy test can give false negative results sometimes. Most reliable test would be b- hcg blood test . You can go for blood test if you want to be sure .

Can do serum beta hcg blood test. Sometimes the urine test kit can be defective

Were your cycles regular. If regular. Then urine test sensitive enough to detect pregnancy. That means you are not pregnant.
