Can upper back pain between shoulder blades be cured

I am 38 year old female and since my 2nd delivery which was a LSCS I get this episodes of severe upper back pain between the shoulder blades? It is been almost 10 years now. I have tried many things like naturopathy, homoeopathy, pain killers, physiotherapy but nothing has given me great relief. Can this pain be cured?
