I can't walk or stand where my ankle injury (talar shift) has recovered.my legs are very stiff please provide some technique to walk with my foot help me doctors. provide exercise and tips

  Provide all X ray pictures. What's the duration of injury. Till avoid standing and walking.    Tab Enzoheal D, after breakfast and dinner with pantop dsr empty stomach for one week.
