First of all what is your occupation? Are you married? Are there any work related or family tensions?
Try the following tips.
Don't sleep in the daytime. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 1 hour daily. Eat well balanced diet with plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Absolutely no deep fried foods and junk food.
Drink a glass of hot milk before going to bed. If you wakeup in middle of night read books of interest to you.
