Can't open my eyes and  it's tickle

I can't open my eyes sometimes it's Starts to tickle during a sunny days while taking photos even when I am standing in shade I can't open my eyes its stress tickle and waters come out and some time i. get bad irritations , my eyes turns red and I start to sneeze very badly and white area in eyes starts to bulge and after that I try to control not to touch my eyes. With a lot of tricks after some 10-15 min a white like  liquid comes out of my eyes  and it stops and it happens frequently once it comes. And after that it won't come for few days . Can u suggest what may be reason ?

As per your history its seems like allergic conjctivitis. Need eye drop olopatadine two times a day with lubricant eye drop Irivisc 4 time a day.
