Need help understanding my hsg report want to know if I can get pregnant Report reads both fallopian tubes are patent but with right peritubal pooling of contrast. The endometrial cavity distends normally and the is is compent. Impression; 1.patent tubes 2.right peritubal adhesion

This means that both tubes are open however there seems to be some adhesions on right side but overall they both are open I hope u have had ur endometrial lining tested for tuberculosis before proceeding for hsg Regards Dr Priyanka Suhag
