Can't digest food. Throw up after eating

My mom can't eat anything. Sweats after eating and throws up. Feels relaxed after that. Happens alternate days. A friendly doctor suggested this must be gastritis. Not sure.

Hie long is this problem. If this problem has been persisting for months and progressively increasing than problem can be further more complicated. May need further evaluation.

prefer liquid meals more. small quantities at a time at more frequent time in a day instead of larger  quantities.
