Hello, I am a 40 year old working woman. A few days back I had severe chest pain that almost felt like a heart attack. I have worried sick ever since and am always anxious about the next period of chest pain. All of it adds stress to the already stressful life of mine. Can stress cause a heart attack? Please suggest preventive measures.
