CAN SPINAL TB CONVERTED INTO LUNG TB ?

I am a patient with spinal tb from last 9 months.From 2 days i have having cold and cough and slight fever in morning.Is it regular cough due to weather change ?.I am afraid about that or it is lung tb ?.Can a person with spinak tb get lung tb at later stage or not ?

Consult Now
Tuberculosis in spine is secendory to initial focus from lungs or intestine. In a patient with spinal tuberculosis, detection of lung tuberculosis may be activation of old focus.
Next Steps
To differentiate between lunch tuberculosis and regular cough, rule out tuberculosis by chest xray and other relavent tuberculosis investigations.
Health Tips
Visit a pulmonologist or physician for lung issues and orthopedician for spinal tuberculosis.
