Can periods be delayed?

Hello, I took letrozole this month on day 2, and ovulated on day 16, from that day I started taking pregafem(progesterone 200 mg) at morning and dydroeva(dydeogestrone 10mg) at night. Doctor suggested for 20days I haven't completed yet, I get symptoms of periods like cramps, nausea, gastritis problems that usually happen for my PMS, my question is ,now I'm on 34th day, I haven't got periods I'm confused whether this delay is because of progesterone and dydrogestrone I take. Will it happen? We are trying to conceive I know you will suggest UPT or serum beta HCG But I don't want to build hopes, can you please clear it for me? And can you please tell me whether we will have cramps in pelvis if pregnant? How much there are chances that I can be pregnant? Il be checking UPT on 36th day hopefully.

Since you ovulated and had intercourse, there are chances you could be pregnant. Just wait . Check your urine pregnancy test. I understand every doctor tells you to do pregnancy test, but that is the right thing to do. You should be hopeful and believe that good things are about to start. All the best girl ! Hope you have a positive pregnancy test. Also, the symptoms you mention, can both be because of the meds or pregnancy. You need to be patient and positive. Do not stress out.
