At 1 year of age, if your child is taking age-appropriate formula milk and a balanced complementary diet, all three supplements are usually not required long-term.
Vitamin D supplementation (400–600 IU/day) is commonly continued in toddlers, especially if dietary intake and sunlight exposure are inadequate. Routine
calcium supplementation is generally not necessary unless dietary calcium intake is insufficient or there is a specific medical indication. Similarly, multivitamins are not routinely required in a healthy child with adequate nutrition.
Since formula milk already contains vitamins and minerals, continuing multiple supplements may lead to unnecessary excess intake over time. I would advise discussing your child’s growth parameters with your pediatrician and simplifying supplementation accordingly.
Also, a weight of 8 kg at around 1 year is on the lower side and should be interpreted along with birth weight, length/height, head circumference, and growth chart trends. A growth assessment by your pediatrician would be helpful
