You seem to be suffering from nasal catarrh due to allergy or some defect in nostrils. You should try and identify specific cause like dust, fungus, mite, pollen , domestic pets etc and try to avoid the cause. For symptomatic relief short course of antiallergic tablets like Cetrizine or Levocetrizine can be taken . Paracetamol Tablets 500 mg 2-3 times may also give symptomatic relief. Nasal Sprays can be used for 4-5 days only for severe nasal blockage. Repeated use has adverse effects of habit forming . Hence to be taken under supervision of Dactor. If no relief get check up from ENT specialist for defects like deviated nasal septum , polyp etc. Using saline water instillation (Mild warm salt water ) and breathing exercises Yoga exercises like Deep breathing, Pranayama, kapal bhati , Anuloma Viloma should also help.
