Can I use Protein supplement, my BP is high and I'm taking medicines to control it. But in my KFT, I found urea less than normal. Is protein diet safe for me?

Low urea is nothing to worry. If your creatinine is normal , then you can take enough amount of proteins as per your body weight abd work out.
