Sir /madam I feeling that my right eye is weak than left and my both eyes are dry every time so can I take some multivitamins like revital or lutein is they any useful and effective for eyes will you suggest me the right supplement for my dry eyes

Hello A. For dryness,you can use some lubricating eyedrop like flogel frequently B. I believe in natural diet rather than in multivitamins ...I think best source of omega3 fatty acid is walnut

For dryness you should use some lubricating eye drops (Refresh liquigel) 4-5 times a day along with omegas fatty acids capsule ( idew mega capsule ENTOD pharma) one  capsule daily, omega  fatty acids help in production of tear formation along with this you may take multivitamin  & lots of green vegetables, with regards Dr Arjun kr Singh Patna.
