Is it okay to take Vitamin C 1000 mg, Vitamin B complex, green tea complex 400mg, fish oil 1200mg (per soft gel), niacin 500 mg, cranberry 3600 mg, and iron 65mg all at the same time?
Can you please share why you want to take all these. Do you have any deficiencies or any health issues or unable to take healthy balanced diet on regular basis.
