Can I take COVID vaccine after getting c

Hi Doctor I got my 1st COVID vaccine(covishield) in dec 2021 and my 2nd vaccine is scheduled in march 2022 but in between I got COVID in Jan 2022 . Can I go ahead and take the 2nd vaccine as per the schedule?

Hi dear, you will get immunity from the COVID infection itself. You could take your second dose later in May or so.
