Can I take bifilac capsules for gut health? Is it okay to take I have hormonal issues like increased prolactin so is it safe to take bifilac. And for how long should I take? As I have a bit gastritis issues. Also I can't swallow capsules or tablets can I open break bifilac capsule powder and have with water after food?
