Can I conceive naturally, without IVF

Dear doctor, please help me with this. We were trying for a baby since 4 years. I had 1 abortion last year February. Consulted an infertility specialist now. He is telling that my AMH is only 1.04ng/ml and it's very difficult to get pregnant naturally. He gave me medicine for 3 months. my husband  have count and motility problem and he is taking T.ubiq 300. Now 2 months over. 1 more month left. Is there any possibility to get pregnant naturally??? Or IVF is the last option???
