Can ESR level rule out cancer?

Is it possible that someone with normal ESR level have colorectal cancer? Are CRP and CEA test better at predicting colorectal cancer?

No esr level can't rule out cancer, anything can't be ruled out by reports , whenever doctor make decisions its his clinical judgment which is supported and confirmed by investigations .
