I am 25 years old. My sister and my mother is having diabetes. I eat chocolates and pastries very often too much. But I have normal weight. Can I develop diabetes because of having too much sugar consumption in 25 years

Yes high sugar consumption can cause diabetes. Advised diabetic diet. If you have family history high chances of you getting diabetes.
