I am a 38 year old guy recently diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation. I have tried taking complete bed rest for almost 10 days, physiotherapy along with pain killers but everything helps for the time being. Is there any surgical procedure that can cure this condition? What are the risks of this surgery?
