Hello doctor, my mom is a diabetes and BP patient and is under some medication but she is perfectly healthy and active. Just wanted to consult with you if she can take chia seed as her daily intake while she is still under medication. Thank you so much.

Yes chia seeds can b taken it has anti oxidant properties. But it dose not mean u need to change or reduce diabetes medicines.
