Can a raised 2cm long Scar get flattened

As far i know it is a hypertrophic scar and it exactly looks like my skin color therefore i just wanted to ask that can it get flattened through laser treatment ? Which procedures are best ?

You can go for cryotherapy and intralesional steroids or flurouracil injections or a combination of them. These are cheaper treatment modalities.
