I have I.b.s constipation problem, lower back pain,white hair. I am taking gemsoline TABLET once in a day and three times nurobion forte . Still I have back pain. I had bells palsy. Gastro Doctor refer derma and derma doctor says muscle still weak.Should I take twice gemsoline tablet night time also with milk. have shown,
