Hi, my Son is approx 7 years old and has got white marks on nails. Please suggest some calcium supplements for his daily needs. He's already having 2 glasses of milk and 1 bowl of curd daily. Thanks

So sometimes white marks are a common finding , if it is big in size or number then some vitamin or mineral deficiency Better to include five important components in food per day 1. Dairy 2. Gree veggies 3. Protein source 4. Fat source 5. Carb source It should be present in food every day
