Iam 21 weeks pregnant my doctor gave me shelcal 500 calcium supplement which has 1500mg calcium carbonate my b12 is 218 so doctor gave neurobion forte for b12 supplement neurobion forte also have calcium pantothenate 50 mg.using two medicines cause overdosage of calcium or is this ok
