Hi...my age is 14 ... i feel some cracking sound from my joints for 2 months...regularly eat milk,egg,panner,dahi..my immunity power is also very low...but my cracking sound is not getting over...i also spend full 10 minutes in sunlight...i not able to see any doctor because of strictly lockdown...what should i do...because of low immunity i always have runny nose,sneezeing...help me..
