Hi doctors, as my regular doctor prescribed to give calcimax P tablet to my son, who has insufficient level 21 of   vitamin D  for my 7 "years son who's weight 30kg.. But I have a question can I give one full tablet in a day? Because I can't find dosage on tablets..

No please don't give full tablet. Vitamin D deficiency has to be treated with vitamin d in higher dose not calcimax p. Please follow your doctor's guidance only. Overdose of vitamin d is also dangerous.

Make the child sit in sunlight for 15 min inthe mrng hours between 10 am to 3pm wkly twice . Add calcium rich foods like milk, boiled eggs , pulses etc
