Hello My baby is 8 days old. Doctor suggested us to give CALCE syrup 5ml in morning and 5ml in night (total of 10ml in a day) Is it safe to give 10ml in a day?

Hello. CALCE syrup is a combination of calcium with vit D and another vitamin. Ideally, your baby just needs vit D drops and a multivitamin drops separately as she is just a newborn. Calcium supplements is not needed until the baby has low calcium. Continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age.
