Plz anyone guide me about that. What to do... Whether to go for chemo or else. And what is the outcome after chemo

Go for 2 cycles of chemo first to decrease tumor bulk. Then proceed dor Radiotherapy for better cosmetic results . Dont go for surgery

As lung nodules and mediastinal nodes are of low FDG uptake they might be due to recent infection cause.2 nd possibility is metastases from primary cancer Have to go for chemo radiotherapy. Lung nodules and mediastinal nodes have to be followed closely
