Upload the detailed CT scan report as well as the details of surgery done as well as the pathology report. Consult a surgical oncologist for review surgery (completion radical cholecystectomy, lymphadenectomy). As u have written that lymph nodes are positive for cancer, after the review surgery, combination chemotherapy will be followed by local radiotherapy.
