I am suffering with mild headache and neck pain with occasional nerve pulling sensation on hands and legs and occasional mild numbness in legs (while folding the legs and sitting and while sitting leg on leg). I went to a neurologist and got my mri done. The mrI showed C4C5 Bulge with indentation to theca.I am attending physiotherapy as advised by my doctor from 4days..I am able to do my daily activities without any problem, but I am worried about the occasional nerve pulling and occasional mild numbness in hands and legs. The mild numbness in legs goes off when walk. How long will it take to cure my problem.
Is my problem serious?
You need to continue physiotherapy and neck exercises. The numbness in the hands will come down slowly. The first line of treatment is always conservative.
