I've been suffering from stiff neck quite a few years now. I was told I got C4 and C5 compression and spondylitis. I have face numbers leading to total discomfort. Please assist.

You are suffering from neck muscle stiffness.. If u have  the symptoms of radiating pain from any side of neck shoulder and hand... It can be diagnosed as cervical spondylosis..
