I had c section delivery on 11th March 2020 IE in 38 weeks due to severe pre-eclampsia. When it's safe to have physical relationship with husband. How to avoid accidental pregnancy.

3 mths is enough protective period Preeclampsia can sometime continue as chronic BP So need to check Bp Iucd is nonhormonal option Progesterone pills is another while lactating Condom along with spermicidal gel if practiced neatly also is a effective method
