Recently had nerve tingling and burnings had NCS,mri brain ,cpk, vitamin b12 all came back normal . doctor told it as health anxiety . Then after a week of testing I am experiencing buzzing in my right feet while resting  ,muscle twitches in hands and legs while resting and also I measured my leg limbs circumference it has a difference of 1 cm less in right leg .scared for ALS !! Is it normal ?? Not on any medication Some times chest muscle also tingles and sometimes have numbness in my right leg
