Hi Doctor My baby is 3 months old. During night time she will wake up 2 to 3 times and I feed her. But i find it difficult to burp her during night. Is it ok if i dont burp her. During day time also few times she will fall asleep during feeding after which i am unable to burp her. Is it ok if i dont burp her few times.

Always burp the baby well after each feed.There is tendency of baby to spit out some milk after feeding. Feed the baby 4-5 times in night also.
