Burning Sensation

Sir/ Mam some one week later I went to some place and bi mistakenly I  pee in the open where all the people are doing toilet. From that day onwards I feel like a burning sensation while urinating and also while passing stool and also my lower abdomen remain always bloated and acidity is also not in control...my stomach remain bloated even if not taken any food...I always feel irritating in my anal region like feeling of going to washroom again. Somplz tell me what may be the reason is it any kind of infection.

Dear patient Burning sensation while micturition/urination goes towards diagnosis of urinary tract infection (UTI) Go for routine urine analysis For bloating and dyspepsia have an antacid on empty stomach early morning
