Burning sensation

Recently I have started getting the burning sensation on both my arms, I also feel some very bad taste coming to my mouth, I find it difficult to throw out so its subsidies. There is also a very bad  sensation in my tongue feels like some blisters has been formed. Feeling uneasy. Kindly advice.
