Burning sensation in palm n leg

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My sister feels burning sensation in palm n legs and she also has visible red spots. If she does the itching then they starts burning. No particular time for the same but whenever it happens it gets very uneasy for her. It happens at least 3-4 times a day. Please help me with the same
