Burning sensation in genetalia

I have a burning sensation in my penis , occationaly. After erection and ejaculation also i have same issue. Last couple of days i have a burning hot sensation under scrotum as well. I am type2 diabetic and have been taking oxra, doctor advised this could be a side effect of oxra. But i still having issue after stoping taking oxra for a month Blood and urine results came back clear
