Burning sensation in back after vaccine

I have severe burning sensation in the back since 2 days. There is pricking feeling between my two shoulders in the back and it feels very sensitive. I am not even able to wear a shirt. I had my first jab of covishield on Sunday, I had fever on day 1 but now it has come down. But this back pain hasnt reduced. Pls suggest.
